Walker Ceramics Cesco Byron Bay Brush on Glaze EXM62 1180-1280°C

At 1180°C, Byron Bay is a satin variegated light blue and green glaze breaking cream where thinner. From around 1250°C, the colours become more subtle, changing yo powder blue with green and pale tan highlights. By stoneware the glaze becomes a matte variegated blue, green and tan, with flashes of bright green and tan where thinner. There is also some gloss evident where this matte glaze has pooled in deeper areas of the work.
